Justin Hale earned his B.A. in History from Samford University and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. During his time at Cumberland, Justin served as an Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Post law school, he worked as a civil defense attorney for over 15 years. His litigation practice included the defense of a wide range of clients, from physicians to Fortune 500 companies, in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, transportation, and insurance dispute and coverage matters. While in private practice, Justin achieved an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and he was listed as a Rising Star in Mid-South Super Lawyers® 2012-2020.

Justin lives in Birmingham and is married to Jessica. They have three kids, who (most days) keep their lives full of fun and adventure.
